Payments Policies
Payments processed through credit or debit cards are made via the Stripe payment platform/gateway, upon prior authorization, for the payment of post-delivery services. The User acknowledges and agrees that Stripe reserves the right to decline a transaction for any reason, and that neither Stripe nor SURTECH will be held responsible for such declined payments.
Credit card information used for online payment is not stored. SURTECH uses a secure payment gateway provided by Stripe, which ensures the integrity of communications through sufficiently secure means (SSL, secure URLs, etc.).
During the payment process, card ownership authentication will be required through verification mechanisms specific to the issuing bank of the card. The transaction currency for the services contracted will be US dollars (USD$).
Return and Cancellation Policies
No returns or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. The services we provide are delivered post-completion, meaning that by making the payment, the client acknowledges satisfaction and acceptance of the service.
